Healthy Qi (life-energy) flows like a river, but when it becomes stagnant, health is diminished. Qigong (life-energy-discipline) is a gentle system of movement, breathwork, and meditation that stimulates the flow of healthy Qi. The results are reduced stress, improved physical health, and greater unification of mind and body.
I received my Qigong Instructor certification in 2025 after five years of practice and study. As a student of Qigong, I found a path to sustainable health and a greater sense of wholeness. As an instructor, I aspire to share these benefits with others.
